Nearly three quarters of Hong Kong children have at least 1 hour of tutoring a week. Some attend centers ever night. Tutorial centers will advertise wherever they can attract students. It's a crowded market

You can only catch students’ attention with your knowledge but first impression should be from you looks.

Tutoring has become more and more popular in Hong Kong. To the extent that it’s almost universal. parents have little choice but to send their children for extra lessons and to make sure they get good grades in (7) the important exams for entering university.

It really is very competitive

And no matter how hard these students study most of them will never get to university.

In total there are nine universities offering (8) the degree courses and total number of places is just 18000 but there are 67000 students in Hong Kong who are going to take the examination public examination So You can see that for every 4students one will go to university

There is no shortage of demand for tutoring in Hong Kong. But tutoring does make a lot of demands on students.

Life becomes very academic : you go to school in the daytime, you do your homework you then go to tutoring you come back you sleep you go to sleep go to school do you homework, sleep do your homework. It can be a very intensive experience. And sometimes also the tutoring , the methods of

But that is a risk that parents are prepared to take when they send third children to tutorial centers.
