The Report Writing Process

Where am I?: HKPU > ELC > CILL > EIW > this page.

Introduction:
This task is for you to practise ordering the stages in the process of report writing.

Instructions:
To move the items in the boxes:

1. Click in the table cell containing the item you want to move.
2. Click in the table cell where you want the item to go. The words will swap position.
3. If an item is in the right position, it will have a green background and a tick.
4. When all the table cells are green and have ticks, you have finished.

3	c	Submit improved report.
4	d	Write draft report.
5	e	Edit and proofread the draft to improve it.

7	g	Personnel are identified to research the area and produce a report.
8	h	Company identifies area for investigation.
9	i	Determine the purpose of the report.
10	j	Organise and analyse the information collected.
