2. Do I need to ask before using a video or DVD?
   Yes, although the boxes are on the shelves, the DVDs are kept at Reception. Please ask there to borrow a DVD.
    
3. The computers in CILL are very busy. Can I book a computer?
   Sorry, no. If you have a laptop you can use our network connections. Please ask at reception.
