'SCSI' - Small Computer System Interface (pronounced 'scuzzy')- connects a hard disk or a peripheral such as an external CD-ROM to the computer. It is faster than using a cable to the parallel port. You may need a program called a SCSI controller to tell the computer what peripherals it is connected to, as sometimes they are not plug-and-play.
